Based on his experience, Ken Semler is able to deliver unique insights, information and motivation to groups such as builders, real estate agents, designers, architects, and caregivers.
He is a licensed and registered home builder in almost every state in the country. He launched ImpresaModular.com to become the industry's first internet based nationwide custom home builder. His efforts culminated in a nationwide network of 20+ factories that reach every state and are supported by a sales consulting team in each territory.
In 2019, Ken created Impresa Modular Franchising, LLC to allow existing contractors, architects, entrepreneurs, or practically anyone to adopt off-site modular construction. Ken's efforts to create the first custom modular home franchise means there is now a method for those adopting modular construction to leverage the #1 modular builder website presence, the sales leads, and the lead processing systems and get needed training, mentoring/coaching, and field support. This means that just about anyone with the entrepreneurial drive can successfully adopt and succeed with off-site modular construction.
